ABOUT ME

I qualified as a Transformational Life Coach with Animas Centre for Coaching in 2016.

I first experienced life coaching when I was going through redundancy, my coach helped me reframe my thoughts and gain clarity in my future. I chose to study to become a life coach and gained Edexcel Level 2 & 3 qualifications in Life Coaching before studing for my Diploma with Animas Centre for Coaching.

I am returning to studying and am completing a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching Psychology in October 2021.

I have recently begun coaching with Yes Futures as a volunteer one to one coach, coaching young people in schools.

I coach people to develop confidence, become aware of their thoughts and realise their goals.

I am based in South London and conduct 1:1 coaching sessions in person in Central London or Online over Zoom

I recently featured as a graduate success strory on the Succesful Mums Career Academy website. I attended a course with them in 2016 which helped me set up my business.
